3G Spot is the world's first dual mode 3G access device for both laptop and router applications. It can work with all Third Generation Cellular (3G) network technologies (from CDMA2000® EV-DO to UMTS HSPA) and can be easily set to work as a standard USB cellular modem as well as a work as a wireless router.

Changing work mode of 3G Spot is very easy, and user just needs to pull a single button. When works in easy-to-use USB modem mode, 3G Spot can be slotted into the USB slot of any desktop or laptop running Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh. Then user can access Internet just as using a normal USB modem. When works in router mode, 3G Spot will connect to 3G cellular network after power up and offer local computers/laptops Internet access via Wi-Fi.

Top Security with Firewall
There is a powerful firewall function integrated in 3G Spot which integrates features including Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI), Network Address Translation (NAT), MAC filter, and Anti-Attack and URL filter. Those features protect your network against malicious attacks and offer secure access to your local resources.

User Account Management
There is a feature named “Web Portal” in 3G Spot. This feature enables user to control all accounts connected to router mode 3G Spot. Only computer/laptop with effective username/password can get authorized access with 3G Spot, and user also can check connection info (such as connected time, traffic statistic etc.) of each account.

Remote Central Management
3G Spot supports wireless group management by Top Global Remote Central Management (RCM) software. This RCM provides enterprise class management and administration to configure, monitor, and manage Top Global 3G router products. RCM can help our customer to reduce network devices maintenance costs. Network administrator can monitor multiple 3G Spot from anywhere at any time using any computer with Internet access.
