What's the Advance Replacement?
Top Global offers standard RMA for defective products within warranty period. However, the whole RMA process may cost several weeks, and may introduce inconvernience to our customers.
To enhance our customer satisfaction, Top Global offers a service named
Advance Replacement through which customers can get a free brand new replacement unit right after ship defective unit back.
How to purchase our Advance Replacement Service?
1. Please fill a PO Form then send to sales@topglobalusa.com
2. You will receive an invoice from Top Global within 1-2 work days
3. Do payment and you will get an Advance Replacement registration code (please keep your Advance Replacement registration code, it will be very important for an Advance Replacement service)
Guideline
If you need Advance Replacement service,please following guideline:
a. Complete TG AR application form with your information and Advance Replace registration code, send it to ar@topglobalusa.com for verification
b. You will get an Advance Replacement tracking number and a prepaid shipping lable.
c. Ship your defective unit to Top Global, and you will receive a replace unit in 3-5 days (depends on your detail address). If you need to track your Advance Replacement status,contact ar@topglobalusa.com with your Advance Replacement tracking number.
