TOP GLOBAL 3G ENERGY EFFICIENCY SOLUTION WINS CTIA AWARDS

Top Global's Global Go Green (3G) Energy Efficiency Solution wins the first place awards in enterprise energy solutions category of the 2010 CTIA E-Tech Awards. Leveraging Qualcomm's Gobi™ technology, Top Global developed a single unified global wireless energy solution which is simple to install, scalable, and cost effective for rapid deployment around the world.

Los Angeles, April 1, 2010 - Top Global's Global Go Green (3G) Energy Efficiency Solution wins the first place awards in the Enterprise - Green Energy Solution in the CTIA Emerging Technology (E-Tech) Awards. Top Global (www.topglobalusa.com) is a leading 3G/4G mobile wireless systems company and the proud winner of the 2009 CTIA Best in Show Awards.

CTIA's fifth annual E-Tech Awards program recognizes products in 15 categories in the areas of mobile consumer electronics, luxury mobile, applications, enterprise, green solutions and network technology. More than 80 prominent media and industry analysts judged the 300-plus entries submitted for the E-Tech Awards program this year. Products and services were judged on innovation, functionality, technological importance, implementation and the overall "wow" factor. E-Tech Awards was announced at a ceremony hosted by Robert Mesirow, vice president and show director for CTIA and Tim Bajarin, president of Creative Strategies, on the Innovation Stage located in the Emerging Technology Zone.

"More than half of the energy in offices and buildings goes for heating and cooling. Effectively managing and controlling HVAC system can make a major impact on utility bills, energy conservation, and reduction of carbon footprint", said Dr. Alan Zhen Zhou, "Our 3G Energy Efficiency Solution is a single unified wireless solution which is simple to install, scalable, and cost effective for rapid deployment around the world. It enables enterprises with multiple buildings and thousands of offices/stores/locations to implement company-wide energy initiatives and strategies over a centrally managed network of sensors and controllers. Results can be easily demonstrated and quickly communicated to management as well as employees and public."

The Global Go Green (3G) energy efficiency solution from Top Global is the world's first global energy monitoring and conservation solution. This 3G energy efficiency solution is designed to work with most legacy heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Top Global's 3G Energy Efficiency Solution has been successfully demonstrated at the Qualcomm CTIA exhibit during the event.

"Qualcomm congratulates Top Global on their first place E-Tech award at CTIA 2010," said Barry Matsumori, vice president of product management at Qualcomm CDMA Technologies. "Utilizing Qualcomm's multi-mode Gobi™ technology, Top Global has created a solution that businesses worldwide can use to monitor and conserve energy."

The 3G energy efficiency solution consists of three components: 1) Gobi Router (MB7900) that supports the major cellular frequencies and standards around the world; 2) Centralized energy management platform leveraging cellular data services and devices which are activated, provisioned, and configured at the factory; 3) Self-forming and self-healing MESH wireless sensors and controllers to be easily installed and put into service with minimal cost and disruption to existing facilities and operations.
